Zip-Loc Omelet

OK…so this morning I told you about a recipe to make an omelet in a zip-loc bag. But, after checking it out on the internet, I have since learned that the makers of Zip-Loc bags do not recommend boiling their bags because it could break down the plastic. I have three awesome kids – Andrew, Carley and Laura. My husband, Alton, is a delivery driver by day with dreams of one day publishing his own comic book. Yes, he is a geek, but I love him anyway.

I have been working at WBFJ since September 2004 when God threw me out of the boat I was riding in and set me on a new and wonderful course. I love co-hosting the morning show, although the lack of sleep does make me a bit loopy at times.

Tami – i have tried this – went to the mountains for 10 days in july (tent camping) and really came in handy – saved time. have done it at home since then, and i use ziploc brand bags (freezer kind) and works great. wonderful fluffy omelets and they just slide out
