The push for a state Constitutional amendment in support of traditional marriage is underway.  “Vote FOR Marriage NC” kicked off its campaign in support of traditional marriage on Monday.  A vote for Traditional marriage will be on the May 8th Primary.  FYI: State law already makes the distinction that a legal marriage in North Carolinais between one man and one woman.  The amendment also would prevent the state from sanctioning civil unions or domestic partnerships. www.voteformarriagenc.com/

President Obama will likely talk about the economy during his State of the Union Address happening at 9pm  tonight.
