Deep Fried all year long?  Isaac Rousso, who found deep-fried fame through at the State Fair of Texas, will open a year-round restaurant called ‘State Fair Treats’ inside the Wal-mart in Plano, Texas.  The restaurant will have a retro theme and feature 45 menu items inspired by the Texas State Fair.   If the Plano location does well, expect Wal-Mart to expand nationwide.    BTW: The 50 year old Rousso, is best known for concocting unusual food combinations including ‘Cookie Fries’, Deep Fried Cuban Rolls and Fried Pop Tarts.    https://goo.gl/cBwqHU
