Still concerns: Hurricane Matthew may be out to sea, but the recovery will continue for a some time. In North Carolina, rain fall amounts were huge-

15 inches of rain fell in Fayetteville and eight inches in Raleigh.

River flooding will continue in the eastern half of our state for several days.
