Fox’s LIVE biblical musical The Passion to air Palm Sunday (March 20)

Set in modern times, The Passion follows the Biblical story of Jesus of Nazareth as he presides over the Last Supper and then is betrayed by Judas, put on trial by Pontius Pilate, convicted, crucified and resurrected.

The Passion – featuring Tyler Perry (narrator), Chris Daughtry (Judas), Prince Royce (the disciple Peter), Seal (Pontius Pilate) and Trisha Yearwood (Mary, the mother of Jesus) – will be broadcast LIVE from New Orleans on Palm Sunday.

(NEW) Gospel singer Yolanda Adams and Christian singer/songwriter Michael W. Smith have signed on for the two-hour event. Smith will play one of the disciples and Yolanda will sing the opening number.

Former U.S. first lady Nancy Reagan passed away on Sunday. She was 94.

The cause was congestive heart failure. The former first lady will be buried at the library in Simi Valley, California, next to her husband, former president Ronald Reagan, who died back in in 2004.  http://goo.gl/UnPWHH

The lights are back ON and rotating at the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Thanks to Coast Guard personnel who replaced a spindle motor that stopped working a week ago and the light quit flashing.

The Coast Guard regularly maintains the light, wiring and gears.
