Character counts: A team of researchers at Wake Forest University has received a $3.9 million dollar grant to study why some people have ‘exceptional moral character’ and how it can be improved. The Templeton Religion Trust will pay for The Beacon Project, a three-year initiative to find (and define) morally exceptional people and try to better understand how to improve moral character.
