I received this email the other day from Wheel of Fortune. I can’t be on the show again, but this might be your big chance!
Hello Wheel Watcher!
The Wheelmobile is on the road…and headed in your direction! Our next events will take place in the Raleigh-Durham-Fayetteville area.
You might be wondering…what is a Wheelmobile event? It’s the chance to try out for America’s Favorite Game Show! The Wheelmobile serves as the preliminary screening process before a final Wheel of Fortune contestant audition.
*The event will be held inside The Crown Center Arena. Admission and parking is free.
** The St. Patrick Day Parade Wheelmobile event will take place on the steps of the Wake County Courthouse. Parking is available at the various parking structures servicing the downtown Raleigh area. If we experience inclement weather, the event may be modified and/or cancelled. Applicants will be randomly-selected for a chance to participate in a final round of auditions.
We will begin handing out applications one hour prior to each show. On Friday, shows will begin at 5 PM, 6:30 PM and 8 PM. On Saturday, shows will begin at 2 PM, 3:30 PM and 5 PM. Each show will last for one hour with lots of puzzles, prizes, and fun.
We hope to see you there!

I have been working at WBFJ since September 2004 when God threw me out of the boat I was riding in and set me on a new and wonderful course. I love co-hosting the morning show, although the lack of sleep does make me a bit loopy at times.
