President Obama will make several stops in the Triad during his three-day bus tour early next week.  On Monday, the President will start his Tarheel visit inAshevillethen travel toWestWilkesHigh Schoolin Millers Creek before spending the night inGreensboro.  The President will speak in Jamestown on Tuesday. BTW: Free tickets for the President’s stop in WilkesCountywill be available starting at 4 p.m. Sunday at West Wilkes High…on a first-come, first-served basis.  (www.myfox8.com)

 The latest Apple iPhone hits stores today. FYI: This is first product roll-out from Apple since the passing of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs last week. 

 One ‘product’ Made in the USA (actually made in Kernersville) is now heading to China.   Jenny Fulton or better known as ‘Miss Jenny’ is sending her famous pickles to the most populous country in the world. Fox 8 reporting that Miss Jenny and her staff put 280 cases of her pickles on a truck Thursday morning. The cases will be then be put on a boat for the 5- to 7-week journey toChina. Jenny began the exporting process toChinaback in May.

 Natalie Grant will star in her first movie this weekend.  “Decision” tells the story of a family in despair that re-discovers their faith.  The movie also features country music star Billy Dean.  American Idol contestant Ricky Braddy (from season eight) sings the theme song.  “Decision” will air on Sunday evening on the Gospel Music Channel.   www.gmctv.com
