Ever heard this advice: Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper? A new study from Spain finding that dieters who ate their main meal EARLIER in the day (say before 3pm)… lost significantly more weight than those who ate later in the day. All participants had similar amounts of physical activity, calorie intake and sleep. Hostess Brands has narrowed down the bidders for its Twinkies brand to two investment firms. The Forsyth County Tax Department is in the process of property re-appraisals for 2013.  Two more information sessions happening today:  one meeting at the Rural Hall Library before lunch (11am – noon) and this afternoon around suppertime at the Walkertown Library.  Potential Funding Cuts?  National leaders with the Boy Scouts of America say that they are ‘re-thinking’ their long standing policy of barring homosexuals from joining the organization. The new policy would remove the ban from the
national rules – leaving it up to local chapters.  A final decision by the group’s national
leaders could come as soon as next week. The Boy Scouts celebrated its 100th
