 Missed it by that much.   Nathan Tabor’s appeal to be added as a candidate on this May’s state Primary was denied yesterday by the State Board of Elections. Tabor just missed the filing deadline back in February. Tabor saying that he will file as a candidate ‘earlier’ in 2014.  www.journalnow.com
