Down to one healthcare provider in North Carolina?

Winston-Salem Journal.  *The 2017 sign-up process begins Nov. 1 and ends Dec. 31.     http://goo.gl/BLs63Z

BTW: Back in May, BC/BS of NC filed for an 18.8% rate increase with the North Carolina Department of Insurance, with the final rate increase decision due out late summer.  Health insurance premiums are determined by the cost of health care services and how often they are used.  http://goo.gl/JooPdz
