Occupy Asheville camp site is attracting homeless, or have protesters invaded homeless encampment?   Asheville Police have been called out at least three times to a former Occupy Asheville base camp about problems with homeless people.   Security is a common concern at Occupy camps across the country as free food, medical attention and a shared political attracts homeless people.   http://www.carolinalive.com/news/story.aspx?id=680627

A mother who lost her daughter in a car crash six months ago is now dealing with another loss, a stolen hard drive that contained many of the photos of her daughter. Fox 8 reporting that Robin Langley’s home was broken into recently and an external hard drive was taken.   Sheriff’s deputies in Guilford County have two suspects in custody but they are not talking. More than 2 million people from Maryland to Maine are still without power after a freak snowstorm that hit the Northeast over the weekend. At least five deaths are blamed on the storm.  Temperatures are expected to begin rising Monday and the heavy, wet snow will start melting.
