According to the fourth annual State of the Bible survey by the American Bible Society and Barna Research:

Lots of us own Bibles, but we don’t find time enough time to open them?

-Majority of households in the US (88%) own a Bible, but only a third (37%) of us read the Bible once a week or more…
-Majority of people  (84%) still prefer to read the Bible in Print…

-A third of us are using tablets or smart phones to search the Bible…

-The Millennial generation (ages 18-29) is…less likely to believe the Bible contains everything a person needs to know to lead a meaningful life

Un-Defeated season: University of Connecticut women’s basketball team grabbed its  own national title last night, beating Notre Dame 79 – 58.  This is only the second time that the men’s and women’s teams from the same school have won championships during the same season. (UConn 2003-2004 season)
