Stay cool and hydrated. Do we really need eight glasses of water per day? A new Harvard study recommends 30 to 50 ounces per day, which is about four to six glasses of water. When it’s hot, we sweat more, so we may need more hydration, especially people who are getting a lot of exercise. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding need more as well. Experts say don’t ignore your thirst. It’s a major sign that you need more water. http://www.ibtimes.com/harvard-researchers-you-dont-need-drink-eight-glasses-water-day-2016944

Eleanor Crane has decided the time is now to retire. She’s 92, and for the past 75 years, she’s been the organist at Zion Lutheran Church in New Jersey. Eleanor started playing the organ back in 1940 when she was just a teenager. She has played at many weddings and funerals over the years. She started a choir and passed on her love of music to multiple generations. Eleanor says a lot has changed in the 75 years, but her church ‘family’ has been the one constant.  http://6abc.com/religion/south-jersey-woman-retires-after-75-years-as-church-organist/865145/
