Sally Ann O-kul-y survived a motorcycle crash six months ago and left her Virginia home last Sunday near Woodbridge , Virginia for the first time since the crash. Ann was walking toward one of her favorite convenience stores when she was struck by a car. Ann was married and a mother of two.
