The ACLU is suing the state of North Carolina over the General Assembly’s approval of pro-life ‘Choose Life’ license plates.  Lawmakers inRaleigh approved the pro life license plates earlier this year along with 79 other specialty plates.  Governor Perdue (who is pro-abortion) signed the plate bill (that included the choose life plate) because she didn’t want to veto the dozens of other plates. www.journalnow.com
