High Court to hear NY prayer case…Tuesday's Election results…October rollout of healthcare.gov had extreme problems…Carolina Burger BEST in NC? (Wednesday News)

Your WBFJ Family Station Forecast Mostly sunny skies…High 66.

Dr Billy Graham turns 95 years ‘young’ on Thursday (Nov 7).     ‘My Hope America’ is a nationwide effort to reach people across the US with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through a series of life-changing testimonies…and powerful messages from Billy Graham.   Share ‘My Hope America’ with friends, family, and neighbors (link at wbfj.fm).  ‘My Hope America’ will be shown locally on WXII 12 (7pm) this Thursday (Nov 7)  http://myhopewithbillygraham.org/what-is-my-hope/

Public prayer goes before the U.S. Supreme Court again TODAY. The case involves the small town of Greece, New York (near Rochester), which still holds prayer before its public meetings. The Alliance Defending Freedom (and the US Justice Department) is supporting the city.  BTW: To open today’s session: the Supreme Court’s marshal will utter the standard invocation: “God save the United States and this honorable court.” “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”   -US Constitution (First Amendment)  www.cbn.com/cbnnews/us/2013/November/Supreme-Court-to-Revisit-Public-Prayer/

More bad news for healthcare.gov:  The October rollout of HealthCare.gov had even MORE problems than we were first told. In the first days, half of the calls to the phone center had problems, paper applications could not be processed and up to 40,000 people at a time were sitting in the website’s ‘waiting room’. Remember the President’s pledge he made to the American people. “If you like your plan, keep your plan.”   In a lot of cases, you can’t do that anymore. So far, NO apologies from the White House.  CNN

“The Feed Bag”, a restaurant in Farmington, was recently mentioned in Southern Living’s column, “The South’s Best Road Food.”  The restaurant, located at the intersection of Farmington Road and Highway 801, was once a general store. *Mike and Carolyn Freeman opened “The Feed Bag” back in 2009. www.southernliving.com/travel/souths-best-road-food-00417000085237/

Where’s the ‘Q’? According to BusinessInsider.com,  the Carolina Burger was chosen as the BEST sandwich in North Carolina. The Carolina Burger contains a hamburger pattie, with chili, coleslaw, mustard, and chopped onions. Businessinsider.com recently named the 50 best sandwiches in America with each state getting its own “best sandwich.”
