Thanksgiving left-overs: Today is definitely the limit for most items. Turkey should be eaten within 3 to 4 days while refrigerated, while casseroles and potatoes you can safely consume up to five days. What about the pumpkin pie? Any egg based pie should be eaten or tossed at the four-day mark, and that includes store bought pies.
