Headlines for Friday, OCT 28, 2016

As residents down East are dealing with too much water, residents to our WEST are dealing with too little rainfall. The Mountain and Foothill communities are now in moderate to severe drought conditions.

Example: The Asheville area is about eight inches below normal for the year.

Many counties in our listening area (northwestern Piedmont) are Abnormally dry.
