Law enforcement in Chapel Hill ‘ticketing’ residents for good behavior?
Well, it sounded good on paper: Police giving out coupons for area restaurants and businesses to law abiding citizens for doing the right thing!
The purpose for the ticket reward plan: To promote public safety on the roads and strengthen the relationship between Chapel Hill residents and the police.
