I am super excited about the opening of a farmers market in
Kernersville this weekend. There is just nothing like fresh fruits
and veggies…they are healthier and tastier than the store bought
variety and buying them supports our local economy. Below is
some more info about the Kernersville Farmers Market.
Also, if you’d like to find a farm or farmer’s market in your
town, this website is a great resource: http://www.ncfarmfresh.com/

I have been working at WBFJ since September 2004 when God threw me out of the boat I was riding in and set me on a new and wonderful course. I love co-hosting the morning show, although the lack of sleep does make me a bit loopy at times.
