Dr. Maya Angelou passed away at her home early Wednesday morning. She was 86.

Breaking News:  Fox 8 reporting that Award-winning author, renowned poet and civil rights activist Dr. Maya Angelou has died. She was 86. She was found by her caretaker earlier this morning.
Angelou had been reportedly battling health problems.
