Angel Babcock, the Indiana toddler who was dropped in a field by a deadly tornado, passed away on Sunday after being taken off life support.  She was only 15 months-old. Angel was the only one in her immediate family who survived the tornado that moved through New Pekin, Indiana on Friday. The Courier-Journal newspaper reporting that the family’s home was destroyed and she was tossed into a nearby field suffering  severe brain injuries.   Angel was one of 36 people who lost their lives in a series of tornadoes and powerful storms that ripped across five states in the South and Midwest late last week.   RnR

Reports had been circulated that an execution order against an Iranian Christian pastor had already been carried out, but according to the American Center for Law and Justice,   Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani was still alive as of Saturday afternoon.  Iranian authorities arrested Pastor Nadarkhani in October 2009 and charged him with evangelization and leaving Islam.
