More?? Residents in and around Buffalo, New York are bracing for more ‘lake effect’ snow…a couple of feet more! CNN
“It’s not odds, it’s God” Bethany Hojnack of south Buffalo, New York, went into labor early Tuesday…in the middle of that epic snowstorm. She couldn’t get to the hospital but found help along the way.
“It was kind of incredible. God really put the people who needed to be in the right spot for us at the right time,” said Bethany’s husband, Jared.
-First, the couple encountered a woman who was stranded near their house who just happened to be a labor and delivery nurse. ‘Denise’ stayed with the couple throughout the labor…and delivered their baby at a local firehouse.
-Second, another stranded woman at the firehouse was, get this, a maternity nurse.
Around 45 minutes after ‘Lucy Grace’ was born (6 lbs, 2 oz arriving around 9:30pm Tuesday night), mom and baby were moved to Mercy Hospital, by ambulance, escorted by two snowmobiles and a snowplow!!
What are the odds (the nurses) were there? Said Anderson Cooper on CNN…
“It’s not odds; it’s God,” Jared said. “It’s more than amazing. We’re so blown away by God’s grace.” http://goo.gl/LHw0ks

Tips to winterize your car, before winter really hits…
-Check your car battery. If your battery is more than three years old,
you may want to replace it.
-Replaced your worn windshield wiper blades…
-Top off your windshield washer fluid (no plain water during the winter)
-Check your tire pressure.
The air pressure in your tires has likely dropped as the weather has gotten colder. *You can generally lose 1 pound per square inch whenever the temperature drops by 10 degrees F… http://goo.gl/XO3D9r
