Well for 116 year old Susannah Mushatt Jones, the world’s oldest living person, her daily diet consists of morning bacon and eggs! The rest of her diet includes fruit for lunch (for balance?), and the classic meat, potatoes, and veggies for dinner. While she has lost her eyesight, her grandniece describes her as “alert”.
