The inventor of the TV remote has passed. Eugene Polley died on Sunday. He was 96 years old. Polley invented Zenith’s “Flash-Matic” wireless remote control, which was introduced in 1955. Gently Used Evangelism? Christian publisher Zondervan will donate 40 pallets of gently used Bibles and books to World Vision and Biblica for distribution in several countries including Uganda, Costa Rica, Chile, El Salvador and India.
