THE WEB HE WEAVES…
“A cord of three strands is not easily broken” – traditionally, I have heard this verse (Ecclesiastes 4:12) aptly applied to a marriage relationship firmly entwined with the Lord. However, at last night’s Sharathon concert, I received a fresh perspective on this passage. In the realm of ministry thru the means of Christian Radio, God has also established a cord of three strands. This is the tapestry that He is weaving. It incorporates the artistry of the musician, the outreach of the station and the faithfulness of its supporters.

The transparent gratitude of the artists in the concert lineup gave credibility to the dependence of the musician on radio to provide a conduit for their ministry to reach peoples lives. In conjunction, it is then obvious the relation of that conduit to those that provide for its existence.

So, if you enjoyed the concert last night (or any night for that matter) or if the music you hear on WBFJ ministers to the lives of you and your family, know that as a supporter of this ministry you have an equal portion in providing the blessing.

Your participation gives the musician a voice, an opportunity to speak into the hearts of the hurting, the broken and the needy in addition to the joyful, the content and the worshiper. They thank you and we thank you! Isn’t it great how the Lord is using whatever each of has to give!

Cause here I am And like a thousand times before, I sing againAnd when all my simple words have found their end Once again I’m even more amazed by the beauty and the mystery of Your ways Oh how marvelous to hear You call my name So when there’s nothing left to bring, and there’s no song left to sing, Here I am!
