After public outcry due to sharp price increases, Mylan, Inc will begin offering coupons to cover up to $300 “for patients in health plans who face higher out-of-pocket costs” for their EpiPen Auto-Injectors.
Also, the company said a family of four with income up to $97,200 will NOT pay out of pocket.
BTW: The average wholesale price of EpiPen has increased by 500% since 2009.
The list price of an EpiPen is currently $600.
