 A freshman student-athlete is re-cooperating after being shot while breaking up a fight at Salisbury High School yesterday afternoon. According to the Salisbury Post, the shooting happened around 3pm Monday afternoon outside the school’s gym.  Shaleek Williams – a JV basketball player – sustained a non-life threatening injury.  Police are looking for one more suspect.  Crime Stoppers # 1-866-639-5245

Shirley Temple Black, one of the most talented and well-known child actresses in Hollywood history, passed away at her home in California last night of natural causes.  Shirley Temple was 85.   Shirley Temple began ‘acting’ at age 3. By age 10, Shirley Temple had starred in four massive box-office films, making an unheard of $50,000 dollars per movie. She retired from filmmaking at 22 and married Charles Black, changing her last name to Shirley Temple Black.
