A newly-released video shows the beheading of an American journalist by Islamic State militants. FOX NEWS reporting that James Foley (age 40) was a freelance journalist that vanished in Syria back in Nov 2012. The terror group, formerly known as ISIS, is pressuring the US to stop military strikes in Iraq.
