A bill making its way through the US Senate would empower states to require online retailers to collect state and local sales taxes for purchases made over the Internet. Knives on planes? Not yet. The NO Blade Rule stays in effect for now. TSA was set to lift the ban on passengers being able to carry small knives on commercial flights this Thursday. CNN
