Trying to eat less?  It may be as simple as mind over matter!

Can you really trick yourself into eating less?  The folks at thedailymeal.com think so!  They’ve created a list of “10 Mind Tricks to Fool Yourself Into Eating Less”.  One strategy they suggest is to use smaller plates, creating the illusion that you have more food to eat than you actually do.  Secondly, they say that a high contrast between the color of the food you are eating and the color of the plate you’re eating it on will cause you to serve yourself less.
