It’s “D-Day” for Sunnyside Ministry

Sunnyside Ministries has been serving people in Forsyth and Davidson counties since 1978.  They provide all kinds of assistance for our neighbors in need, including; food, clothing, medical care and housing assistance.  Now, Sunnyside is asking for your help so they can continue to help others.

This Saturday, Sunnyside is hosting an event called “D-Day” (the D stands for Deliverance, Dedication and Distribution).  Please take a few minutes to head to their location at 319 Haled Street in Winston-Salem this Saturday between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and drop off donations of non-perishable food items, clothing and/or money.

About Tami With-an-i

Co-Host, Your Family-Friendly Morning Show

I have three awesome kids - Andrew, Carley and Laura. My husband, Alton, is a delivery driver by day with dreams of one day publishing his own comic book. Yes, he is a geek, but I love him anyway.

I have been working at WBFJ since September 2004 when God threw me out of the boat I was riding in and set me on a new and wonderful course. I love co-hosting the morning show, although the lack of sleep does make me a bit loopy at times.
