Hand washing is the single most effective way to prevent the spread of
germs and infections.
If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

New questions about the safety of pork are raised in a study by Consumer Reports. The group tested nearly 200 pork chop and ground pork samples and found that many tested positive for potentially disease-causing bacteria such as salmonella, listeria even staph. More than 90% of the bacteria found in the pork samples were antibiotic-resistant. Experts confirming that ‘germs’ are found in nearly everything we eat. Remember to ALWAYS washing your hands and cook all meat thoroughly.

The teen actor in the CBS comedy “Two and Half Men” is telling people to stop watching the show (and most of what’s on television) because it’s “filth.”   Nineteen year-old Angus Jones has played the character “Jake” since he was 10
years old. Now, he says he wants out. Jones attended Christian school when he
was younger but has more recently had a ‘spiritual awakening’ and now wants to
