Senior Services is celebrating 50 years of serving meals to seniors today. Volunteers with the Meals-on-Wheels program have provided over 5 million meals to senior citizens in our area, since 1962. Hellen Prichard, a co-founder of the local Meals-on-Wheels program, will be honored. NASCAR legend Richard Petty will help deliver a hot meal to an area senior around lunchtime.
