Black Clergy encouraging people to consider the gospel when they enter the voting booth this November. The non-profit group “God Said” are targeting voters in Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin with a grassroots campaign and radio and television ads encouraging people to consider the gospel when they enter the voting booth.  A group of African American religious leaders are pushing to convince 25% of black voters who supported President Obama in 2008 – to vote their values in 2012. God Said Founder Apostle Claver Kamau-Imani said “…we are offended that President Obama has announced his support of same-sex marriage, that the NAACP has blindly supported the views of the Democratic Party, and that their national platform plainly supports same-sex marriage,” he told the Daily Caller. “We are standing firmly on God’s final word — that marriage is between one man and one woman,” God Said Co-Founder Dr. Day Gardner told CitizenLink.  *According
to the Pew Research Center, 95% of African Americans voted for Obama in 2008.(CitizenLink) http://www.citizenlink.com/2012/10/10/black-clergy-launch-value-voters-campaign/     Learn more:  http://godsaid.org/
