British Study: Wanna be happier? Eat more fruits and vegetables (Friday News)

Wanna be happier? According to a British study – eat more fruits and vegetables. Researchers in Britain analyzed the diet habits of 80,000 men and women. The study didn’t distinguish between types of fruits and vegetables. (No, French fries did not count as a vegetable.) Seriously, those who ate seven servings or more – daily – were happiest. In this survey: a ‘portion’ was defined as about 3 ounces. A small apple, for instance, is about 5 ounces. www.webmd.com/diet/news/20121011/fruits-vegetables-happiness
